Christmas goodies.......

You've still got time to come and see our stall at the Country Living Christmas Fair. It's been really busy with a great crowd and we've been getting really positive feedback from everyone. So hurry on down and get some Christmas goodies for the whole family or just treat yourself, you know you deserve it!

Snaresbrook at the Country Living Fair.....

Yes it's true we're going to be at the Country Living Fair at the Design Centre in Islington. We've all been beavering away creating lots of great gifts and items so please come along to our stall G16 and help support the Snaresbrook Arts Project. Please feel free to forward onto any friends you know who will be coming along.

Beal High School Work Experience.....

Hi,

We recently had some students over from Beal High School for some work experience. The students had a great time and really enjoyed working in the great environment we've helped to create at the Snaresbrook Arts Project.

James' Commission....

Meet James, who has been working on a commission by a local community member.
The commission came from a card which James had previously produced. He is now working to re-produce the card as an A3 painting.

Snaresbrook Arts Project.

Snaresbrook Arts Project is a unique project which employs and provides training for Adults with Learning Difficulties.

They are trained under close supervision to produce arts and crafts, which are then sold to the general public.

They produce handmade cards and crafts to a very high quality.

The "workers" as they like to refer to themselves feel that they are part of the regular mainstream workforce.

They are paid a monthly salary.
